Our stay at Schneider Lane was fantastic! The accommodation was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We appreciated the luxury toiletry set and treats that were provided as well as the very proactive instructions for the stay. We will absolutely be booking again next year!

Kris’ place was just as described and better than pics. Location perfect. One block to bay and 2 blocks to beach. Very clean and nice deck seating. Would definitely stay here again.

Kristofers place is located in our favorite spot in Surf City, and probably one of the best areas of the Island. It is clean, perfect size for myself & kids, and easily walkable to the beach and Surf Citys stores, restaurants and ice cream shops. The bay is just feet away. Easy to work with hosts as well. Hope to return again next summer!

We had a great stay at Kris's place this past weekend. The listing was exactly as described and worked great for our group of 5. As I saw in another review, the air conditioning worked AMAZING and it was great to come back to a cool spot after being on the beach. Check in was super easy and the host was very communicative. The outdoor shower was great after the beach and the front patio was perfect for our group to relax on. The location was very convenient for beach access and bay access. We walked to local breakfast spots and coffee shops!

We enjoyed our second year at Kris's place in Surf City. The new addition of the new outdoor dining table and chairs were terrific. It made relaxing outdoors after a day at the beach even better. Kris is a responsive and friendly host. Thank you for providing the space for a great trip!

We had a lovely vacation on LBI in this wonderful house. It had everything we needed, was nicely redone, and had a quiet outside space. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a rental for a family of 4 like ours!
